Finding help – You can try finding the help near your location to get rid of the latch problems. If you get the appointment after two days with the lactation consultant, you can try some other methods in those two days to reduce the discomfort. You can lightly massage your milk ducts, apply a nipple cream and let your nipples dry after every feed. You can also try changing positions of the feeding to know what works best for you.
